JUDGMENT

Both counsel present. Counsel for the appellant has filed the affidavit of the appellant in all the appeals, praying to dismiss the appeals as settled out of court. The abovesaid affidavits are taken on record.

2. In the light of the above position, all the above first Appeals are dismissed as settled out of court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
