O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners filed a memo dated 14.12.2020, which reads as follows :

"The above Criminal O.P. Is filed for quashing the complaint in D.V.A.No.14 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V of Coimbatore. The matter had been settled between the parties. The complainant withdrew the complaint. By orders dated 21.01.2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V of Coimbatore dismissed the complaint as withdrawn. Under these circumstances the above Crl.O.P. has become infructuous. Hence, the petitioners withdraw the above Crl.O.P. The xerox copy of the said order is enclosed herewith.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the above Crl.O.P. as withdrawn and thus render justice."

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
