JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff has filed a memo of withdrawal dated 10.11.2023 on behalf of the plaintiff stating that the matter has been amicably settled out of court. Therefore, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Testamentary Original Suit.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and the memo of withdrawal dated 10.11.2023 filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
