When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, during the pendency of the Writ petition, the petitioner's application was rejected by the 2nd respondent / District Collector, vide order dated 10.11.2014 and
the said rejection order was challenged by the petitioner before this Court in W.P.No.3561 of 2016 and the same is pending.
2. Recording the above said submission, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition, as no mandamus can be granted once the application is rejected. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to canvas all his grievances in the said Writ petition in W.P.No.3561 of 2016. No costs.
