This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.B.Siva Kollappan, learned counsel, takes notice for the 3rd respondent and submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner and for the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 96 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
