ORDER

(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 3 July 2020, by Judges at their respective residence and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.

2. Mr.M.Rajendiran appears for the appellant. Since the dispute involved in the present appeals have been settled under the Sab ka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 (SVLDRS), the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeals.

3. Ms.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for the same.

4. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.20705 to 20707 of 2005 are also dismissed.
