This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 19.12.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri through the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and also the letter of the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri dated 06.01.2026, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.52 of 2023, by a period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri.
