PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking early disposal of EP No.23 of 2019 in RCOP No.60 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur. For Petitioner : Mr.Ralph V. Manohar

O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking early disposal of EP No.23 of 2019 in RCOP No.60 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur.

2. The petitioner is the decree holder and the respondent is the judgement debtor in EP No.23 of 2019 in RCOP No.60 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Ambattur. The execution petition was filed in the year 2019 and the same is still pending. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this present civil revision petition for a direction to the Trial Judge to dispose of the case within a time frame.

3. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, is 487 cases.

4. Considering the total pendency of the cases and also taking note of the fact that the above petition was filed in the year 2019, the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, is directed to dispose of EP No.23 of 2019 in RCOP No.60 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
