No. 22907 of 2015 dated 29.07.2015 on the file of this Court, praying to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from superannuating the petitioner from the post of Helper Grade II till the petitioner completes the age of 60 years on 31/08/2017 under the respondents, pending disposal of the above (WP No.22907/2015).
