O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2022 from the file of Principal Sub Court, Tindivanam to the Family Court, Dindigal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for

the respondent reported that he has no objection to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2022, from the Principal Sub Court, Tindivanam to the Family Court, Dindigal.

3. By taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to order the above transfer petition as indicated below.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The divorce petition filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tindivanam is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Dindigal. Further, the learned trial Judge is directed to take up H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2022 and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
