ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner company based on the complaints dated 31.10.2019 and 03.12.2019 given by the petitioner company.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's company is the owner of the vacant land measuring about 13.25 acres in Sirupulalpettai Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk. He further submitted that when the petitioner tries to put up a compound wall to his property, some strangers obstructed the same. Hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 31.10.2019 and 03.12.2019 before the respondent seeking police protection., but, so far, no order has been passed on the said complaints.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to enquire both the parties with regard to the aforesaid complaints and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a week and inform to the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
