This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 31.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in CSR.No.84 of 2016, as the dispute appears to be in respect of a drainage area. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
