The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the application to receive additional documents in C.S.No.68 of 2021 and permit the applicant to produce additional documents and taken the document on file.

2.Mr.S.K.Rahul Vivek learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of fifth respondent submitted in unison that they have no objection allowing the present application.

3.Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
