JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M. DURAISWAMY, J.) When the Writ Appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr. C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, submitted that the appellants have already complied with the orders of the learned Single Judge made in W.P.No.21896 of 2014, hence, the Writ Appeal may be closed.

2. Mr. S. Mani, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also submitted that the appellants have complied with the orders of this court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the appellants have complied with the orders of this court made in W.P.No.21896 of 2014, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Appeal.
