PRAYER: Appeal against the decree of the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court No.2), Cuddalore in Original Suit No.18 of 2006, dated 11.08.2010.
DECREE: This Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday, the first day of February, Two Thousand and Twenty One and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decree of the Trial Court/Court of first instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Dr.A.Thiyagarajan, Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mrs.Hema Sampath, Senior Counsel for M/s.R.Meenal, Advocate for the Respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, while this Court allowing the Appeal Suit, doth order and decree as follows:
