..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to initiate Revenue recovery proceedings against the 3rd respondent for the non payment of monthly subscription arrears, which is due to the 1st respondent pursuant to the demand notice in No.007461/37042/2017/66 dated 21.06.2017 and the arrears for the following period along with the other charges based on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2019.

Primarily the writ petition is filed to clarify whether any action can be taken against the 3rd respondent by the 1st and 2nd respondents. It is seen that the 1st respondent had already 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued notice on 21.06.2017 to the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is made clear that the petitioner cannot seek a mandamus as against the 1st respondent since a statement has been made by the learned counsel who takes notice for the 1st and 2nd respondents that they are proceeding in accordance with law and in pursuance of the notice dated 21.06.2017.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
