JUDGMENT

Mr.Satish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the third appellant/ Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), has fairly stated before this Court that the recruitment notification in Notification No.12 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019 issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board has been subsequently cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal.

2. Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for 2/4

the third appellant.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, CMP No.4534 of 2021 is closed.
