JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.01.2005 made in M.C.O.P.No.21 of 2001 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It is also seen that as per the order of this Court dated 21.01.2006 and 26.03.2010, batta was not paid by the appellant. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
