(1) Learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the 1st respondent stated that pursuant to the investigation in FIR in Central Crime Branch Crime No.457/2014 registered under Sections 408, 420, 468, 477A, 120-B read with 34 of IPC, a Final Report has been filed by the Investigating Agency and the same has also been taken cognizance as CC.No.70/2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee. The grievance of the petitioner herein can be addressed during the course of trial.
(2) Recording the above, the present Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
