This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has got objection in allowing the application.

4. The petitioner would aver that the Award was passed on 29.04.2025 and the award amount has yet to be deposited. Due to financial constraints, the petitioner is not in a position to arrange funds for the payment of court fees. Hence, a delay of 150 days has occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
