Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus petition directing the respondent herein to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Mohammed Hussain, Son of Kadar Hussain, aged about 45 years, who is the husband of the petitioner herein before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband, namely, Mohammed Hussain, aged about 45 years, who is said to be missing from 13.05.2015 onwards.

The petitioner is present before this Court. The husband of the petitioner, namely, the detenu Mohammed Hussain is also present before this Court.

While we enquired, the detenu stated that due to some misunderstanding between himself and the petitioner, he went out from the house and now he is willing to go along with his wife and live with her and their children.

In view of the fact that the detenu himself stated that he is willing to go along with his wife, who is none other than his wife, recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed.
