No. 11212 of 2021 in Crl.Rc.No.688 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.11212 of 2021 in Crl.RC.No.688 of 2021 on 26.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
