ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.42025 of 2016, by order dated 30.11.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 30.11.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Thus, he submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
