This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct the festival at Arulmigu Sri Bhagavathiamman Temple, Kuppuchipalayam, Paramathy Velur Taluk, Namakkal District from on 11.01.2020 to 13.01.2020 based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2020
