Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from accepting the Assessing Report submitted by the Meticulous Surveyors Private Limited appointed by the 1st respondent dated 15.11.2014 and direct the 1st respondent to reassess the loss occurred to the petitioner's shop due to accidental fire taken place in the petitioner's shop and sanction the real Insurance Amount, insured in the office of the 1st respondent vide Policy No.012102/11/13/11/00000470 to the petitioner's shop, based on the petitioner's representation made to the 1st respondent on 19.03.2015.
