Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to fourth respondents to remove the electrical transformer erected in front of the petitioner shop situated in front of the Arulmigu Muktheeswarar Thirukovil, Gandhi Road, Kanchipuram
forthwith and consequently direct them to re-locate the same to the earlier or any other suitable place.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the first to fourth respondents to remove the electrical transformer erected in front of the petitioner's shop situated in front of the Arulmigu Muktheeswarar Thirukovil, Gandhi Road, Kanchipuram forthwith and consequently direct them to re-locate the same to the earlier or any other suitable place.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner produced before this Court the photographs in support of his contention. But a careful perusal of the photographs clearly show that the transformer, which is duly erected, is neither coming in front of the temple or even in the side of the temple. It is erected far away, in the sense away from the temple, but nearer to the petitioner's jewellery shop. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.No.12036 of 2018 is also dismissed. No costs.
