... Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 27.01.2016.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2016.
2. May be on account of boycott of Courts, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court went through the records and passed orders, on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 27.01.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that an incident took place on 12.10.2015, in which one Gnanavel and his son said to have attacked the petitioner.
The complainant filed Crl.O.P.No.5690 of 2015 and this Court had directed the complainant to give a fresh complaint.
4. On perusal of the complaint, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR, inasmuch as this complaint appears to be a counter blast for the case in Crime No.142 of 2015 that has been registered against this petitioner.
