The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 4 & 5 to consider his representation dated 30.01.2017 and reminder dated 17.03.2017 to measure the boundaries bearing Survey No.101/18 to the extent of 75 cents which is situated in Mangini Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District as per the Revenue Records.
2.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.01.2017 and 17.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in
accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
