[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)Pursuant to another contempt proceedings initiated before the learned Single Judge in Cont.P.No.2325/2024, it is stated that the contemnor had vacated premises and reported the same to the petitioner herein. So, the contempt petition was closed after recording the terms to which the parties had agreed.

(2)In view of the subsequent events, the suo motu contempt proceedings is dropped and the contempt petition is closed.
