2. The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondent made a statement that necessary proceedings have been passed by the authority concerned. He submitted that the petitioner's request for registration of sale deed 28.10.2020, has been cancelled by the authority, on the ground that there is an injunction operating in the suit, to which according to the petitioner, neither the Sub Registrar nor the petitioner is a party.

The statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) is recorded.

3. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order of the Sub Registrar, he is at liberty to challenge it, if he is so desirous.
