ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioners' representation dated 15.10.2020 requesting for enhancement of compensation for the lands acquired in TS.No.252/8C & 252/15, Adambakkam Village, Chennai.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.10.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
