This petition is filed to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the above Revision.

2.Mr.N.P.Kumar, learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the petition on the ground that sufficient cause has not been shown.

3.However, on a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned. This condone delay petition stands ordered accordingly. The delay of 254 days in filing the above Revision is hereby condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the above Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order.
