No. 18179 of 2021 and the Respondents 2 to 10 be committed to custody pending the decision of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed, there is no question of Cancellation of Bail.
