ORDER

It is stated that the petitioner is unfortunately died. 2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorari seeking records of the 2nd respondent - The Zonal Officer, Zone-IV, Vellore Corporation, with respect to undated account statement for allotment No.035/1221, Municipal Complex, Bangalore Road, Vellore, given to the petitioner on 18.12.2020 and quash the same.

3.If the legal representatives of the petitioner have still personal interest to of prosecute the issue further, they may file a fresh writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
