CRIME NO.1199/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.Op. No. 22132 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021 by this Hon`ble Court and pass such other or further order as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PONRAJ,Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22132 of 2021 on 23.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
