This Court vide order dated 05.01.2022 has directed the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2005, within a period of three months and dismissed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. This being so, after a lapse of two years, the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide D.No.1724/2023, dated 07.11.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of six months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 05.01.2022, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant six months extension to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2005 as directed by this Court dated 05.01.2022.

3. Registry is directed to issue a copy of the order to the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore along with the copy marked to the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore. 13.12.2023 kmm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
