J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that he has taken all efforts to secure instructions from his client to proceed with this matter. However, the learned counsel for the appellant is unable to secure any instructions for the purpose of conducting the case.
2. Accordingly, he reported no instructions. Thus, the appeal suit stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
