Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (d)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.9281/2021 order dated 26.05.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.JAYAPRAKASH NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 9281 of 2021, dated 26.05.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station at 10.30 a.m. monthly twice.
