One Mithuna, the proposed purchaser has filed an affidavit dated 04.08.2025 stating that he is willing to purchase the property for a sum of Rs.54,00,000/-.

2.The petitioning creditor is directed to file an affidavit before this Court stating no objection for the sale of the property to Mithuna.

3.Post the matter on 08.09.2025.
