2. The proposed party though served has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for impleading the 2nd respondent in the above Second Appeal. Therefore, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 02.02.2023.
