ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 02.04.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to allow the petitioners to discharge their function as President and Vice President of Puliankurichi Village Panchayat.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
