O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is a widow and she has a child. She developed friendship with one Chandramohan Raman and they both lived in Visakapatnam, where the petitioner was posted. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred to Vellore. She left her son with the custody of the said Chandramohan. Some misunderstanding occurred between the petitioner and Chandramohan, on account of which, the petitioner wants to severe her relationship with him. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that the said Chandramohan has threatened her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. During the course of enquiry by the police, the petitioner has stated that the articles left by her in Visakapatnam will be collected through the jurisdictional police. She has also further stated that as and when, Chandramohan continues to cause disturbance to her, she will approach the police with a fresh complaint. Based on this, the respondent police has closed the enquiry on 12.02.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
