2.After making submissions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
