The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 132, 296(b), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.378 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

petitioner has been granted bail by the learned Principal District Judge, Ariyalur.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
