This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences under Sections 341, 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2015 and filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.193 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal and the same was ended in acquittal. 3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
