ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court vide its order dated 02.04.2012, referred this matter for mediation and directed both the parties to appear before the modification centre on 19.4.2012, however, till date no mediation report is filed. Be that as it may, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner reports no instructions.

2. The matter is of the year 2012. From the above scenarios it is clear that the non-appearance / no instruction from the petitioner may be either due to a settlement having been reached or that the petitioner is not inclined to proceed for their with the petition. No purpose would be served in keeping the petition on file. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
