Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in FIR Crime No.13/2014 on th file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) that as on date, the materials are available to implicate the petitioner and the petitioner is found to be a Juvenile at the time of filing the FIR.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) also submitted that while filing the charge sheet, separate charge sheet will be filed as against the Juvenile and they would produce the produce the petitioner before the Juvenile Board.
