ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree of the learned Additional District and Session Judge of Vellore made in A.S.No.1 of 2004 dated 06.09.2005.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that the appellant did not want to conduct this matter, however, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the Lower Court to return all the original documents filed by the appellant before the Lower Court.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is 2/4

dismissed as not pressed with a direction to the Lower Court to return all the original documents to the appellant filed by her. No costs.
