(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) Captioned writ miscellaneous petition [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 257 days in filing the petition to restore the captioned main writ petition.

Mr. S. Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Rajendran, learned counsel on record for WMP petitioner, Mr.D.B.R. Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel for RR 1 and 2, Mr. K. Suresh, learned Government Advocate for RR 3 and 4 and Mr. M. Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel for RR 5 to 7 are before us.

Aforereferred learned counsel for respondents do not oppose the condonation of delay prayer.

In view of the above and also considering the innocuous nature of prayer, captioned WMP stands ordered as prayed for.
