O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.19 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 468, 471 and 429 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2012 and also filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Viruthunagar, and the same was returned by the said Court for some corrections. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Viruthunagar within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
